By accessing or using Science Playground ("Service"), operated by Holistic Quality LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for your child's use of the Service.

Science Playground is a free, interactive educational platform offering science experiments and simulations for children and families. The Service includes:

• Interactive physics, space, biology, chemistry, and other science simulations
• Progress tracking and gamification features
• Optional account creation for cross-device sync

3. User Accounts

Guest Access: You may use Science Playground without creating an account. Progress will be saved locally on your device.

Registered Accounts: Creating an account allows you to sync progress across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Children Under 13: Account creation for children under 13 requires verifiable parental consent in compliance with COPPA.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Science Playground only for lawful, educational purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Science Playground, including simulations, visualizations, text, graphics, and code, is owned by Holistic Quality LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Educational Use: Teachers and educators may use Science Playground in classroom settings. Please contact us for institutional licensing inquiries.

6. User-Generated Content

If we implement features allowing users to share creations or content, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote it within the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Science Playground is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for scientific accuracy, our simulations are simplified for educational purposes and should not be used as authoritative scientific references.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holistic Quality LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
